It was a slow burn, but by the end of season one this spy drama found its rhythm and became another winner for FX. Matthew Rhys and Keri Russell are just right as KGB spies in suburban 1980s Washington, D.C. Season two premiere, 10 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26, on FX.

PBS’ “Great Performances” series celebrates the 50th anniversary of London’s venerable theatrical institution with this two-hour special, directed by Nicholas Hytner. It features live and archived performances from Maggie Smith, Ralph Fiennes, Judi Dench, Benedict Cumberbatch, Derek Jacobi, Helen Mirren, Michael Gambon and Penelope Wilton. 9 p.m. Friday, Feb. 14, on KCTS.
