The series has its own special charms (and rabid fan base), but its heart and soul can be found in the character of Chummy (comedian Miranda Hart). For season three — set in 1959 — there are changes afoot, with a big move and new arrivals. Season premiere, 8 p.m. Sunday, March 30, on KCTS
