For the 27th season, this Emmy-winning competition series seems to be sticking to its tried-and-true formula. Eleven new teams start at Venice Beach, Calif., to begin a race around the world in the hopes of winning the million-dollar grand prize. First stop: Rio de Janeiro. And don’t worry, Phil Keoghan is back to greet contestants at the end of each leg of the race with those expressive eyebrows. Season premiere, Friday, Sept. 25, on CBS.

It’s an all-reality show night on the Tiffany network (it’s old school reference … look it up). After the premier of 30th edition of “Survivor,” stick around for the 26th season premiere of “The Amazing Race, a multiple Emmy-winning trek around the world. To start things off on the first leg, 11 new teams make their way through a muddy obstacle course. Phil Keoghan (and his expressive eyebrows) is back as host. 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, on CBS.
For the 25th season of this multi-Emmy award-winning reality show, things haven’t changed a bit (except for the move to Fridays). Eleven teams of two left the U.S. last week for a race around the world, with a $1 million prize waiting at the end of the journey. And, of course, host Phil Keoghan and his expressive eyebrows are there to greet the winners and console the losers.This week the remaining teams head to London. 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 3, on CBS.

It’s been a been a wild 22nd season for this great reality competition. Contestants played bagpipes and rolled barrels in Scotland, navigated a maze in a Berlin nightclub and transported wheels of cheese — via sled — in Switzerland. We’re down to the final four teams, and I’m rooting for hockey-playing brothers Anthony and Bates Battaglia. Two-hour season finale, 8 p.m. Sunday on CBS.
One of my favorites returns tonight. For the 22nd edition of this eight-time Emmy Award-winning reality competition, 11 new teams of two (firefighters, twin brothers. roller-derby moms!) take off from the starting line for a 25-day race around the world.
And of course, host Phil Keoghan will be there – along with his expressive eyebrows – to greet (or sometimes eliminate) them when they arrive on the mat at the end of each leg.
And to quote Mr. Keoghan, “the world is waiting…and … Go! Season premiere, 8 p.m. Sunday on CBS.
